Taking The Plunge

Thanks for all the well-wishes. It's been a very exciting week! And a very hectic weekend. For the record, I wasn't holding everything up for the sake of suspense. While I wanted to use the site for the proposal, I nonetheless wanted certain people to be the first to hear about it. So while I made the proposal public, I held off on the follow-up so that we could tell our parents before I make an announcement here.
We don't have very much planned yet beyond a vague idea of when (next March) and where (Louisiana). But... it's going to happen and we're both very excited.

Good, Chloe will be 22 months and the new Baby will be able to travel by then. :) At least we don't have to go to Idaho! ;)

Comment spam is an ongoing problems that we're trying to address. Previously we required people to create accounts and log in. I am thankful to say that is no longer the case. We're giving Captcha another try and are playing around with a text-based Q&A variant of Captcha. So bear with us as we try to figure out how to best get a handle ont he problem. Please note that any comment on a post more than 30 days old will go into the moderation queue, where I will get to it when I can which could be once a week.
