Voter Reg Blues
R. Alex Whitlock
My Idaho voter registration slipped in just prior to the required 30 days before an election. I got my registration in the mail and I'm all good to go.

Except that I don't know where to go. They told me the location would be on the registration card. Which it is. Sort of.

"Farmer's Ins. Conf. Room"

What?!

That's all it says. No address. It's not even an obvious place like city hall. It's an insurance company place's conference room (if I'm reading the abbreviations correctly).

I really, really hope that they're listed in the yellow pages. And, more importantly, that there's only one (there's 5 or so State Farm places)

But would it really use that much ink to list the address??

Comment spam is an ongoing problems that we're trying to address. Previously we required people to create accounts and log in. I am thankful to say that is no longer the case. We're giving Captcha another try and are playing around with a text-based Q&A variant of Captcha. So bear with us as we try to figure out how to best get a handle ont he problem. Please note that any comment on a post more than 30 days old will go into the moderation queue, where I will get to it when I can which could be once a week.
