So's Your Momma
R. Alex Whitlock
I had an abnormally high hit-count yesterday. A lot of it came from a message board. I genuinely like it when I get hits from outside the blogosphere (though people stopping by for pictures of Scott Peterson nude are getting old... ick) because it introduces people to my writing that ordinarily wouldn't be stopping by.

So with baited breath I clicked on the link that brought people to my humble page only to find out that I'm merely a club in a flame war.

Well, glad to be of service, I guess.

But the question you have to be asking yourself if who is this guy that linked to you for your clubishness, and how did he find your site in the first place. Could he be a regular reader that is getting flamed??? hehe

Comment spam is an ongoing problems that we're trying to address. Previously we required people to create accounts and log in. I am thankful to say that is no longer the case. We're giving Captcha another try and are playing around with a text-based Q&A variant of Captcha. So bear with us as we try to figure out how to best get a handle ont he problem. Please note that any comment on a post more than 30 days old will go into the moderation queue, where I will get to it when I can which could be once a week.
